Description

The perfect mix of creamy, fruity, and candy-bar indulgence this cheesecake is as fun to make as it is to eat!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 24 oz (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 full-sized bars)

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

  • Whipped cream (optional but recommended)

  • Extra Snickers chunks and strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (if baking). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes or chill for no-bake version.

  2. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sour cream.

  3. Add mix-ins:
Gently fold in diced strawberries and chopped Snickers bars.

  4. Bake the cheesecake:
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until the center is just set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Add toppings:
Before serving, top with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and extra Snickers and strawberries.

Notes

For a no-bake version, omit eggs and baking. Chill the filling in the crust for at least 6 hours until set.

Cheesecake slices cleanest when chilled and sliced with a warm knife.

Store in fridge up to 5 days, or freeze slices for later.
