Description

This Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie is the ultimate no-bake dessert! With a crunchy chocolate crust, a silky peanut butter filling, and a rich chocolate topping, it’s a dream come true for peanut butter lovers. Perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you need a decadent treat!

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • Chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • Melted butter

For the Peanut Butter Filling

  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped topping (or whipped heavy cream)

For the Chocolate Topping

  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Heavy cream
  • Mini Reese’s cups (for garnish)

Instructions

1.Prepare the Crust

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling

In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

3. Assemble the Pie

Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4. Add the Chocolate Topping

Melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

5. Garnish & Chill

Top with mini Reese’s cups for extra peanut butter goodness. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter (not natural) for the best texture.
  • Swap chocolate cookies for graham crackers or Oreos if needed.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours for the perfect slice.
  • Run a hot knife under water for clean cuts.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
