Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven & prepare baking sheet
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If making a loaf, grease a small loaf pan.Blend the cottage cheese
In a small bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth to ensure a creamy consistency in the final bread.Whip the egg whites
