Description

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Persian blue salt1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 68 soaked almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • Optional: a few mint leaves or a splash of lemon juice  adds freshness

Instructions

Warm the milk in a pot over low heat. Do not boil.

Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more milk.

Add honey and blend again to mix evenly.

Pour into a mug. Serve warm for relaxation or chilled for refreshment. Garnish if desired.

Notes
