Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon Persian blue salt1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 6–8 soaked almonds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 cup warm milk
- Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- Optional: a few mint leaves or a splash of lemon juice adds freshness
Instructions
Warm the milk in a pot over low heat. Do not boil.
Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more milk.
Add honey and blend again to mix evenly.
Pour into a mug. Serve warm for relaxation or chilled for refreshment. Garnish if desired.
Notes
